Transition in Place Monthly News Veterans Newsletter Presents: Hello Spring

Greetings and salutations to everyone, a special hello to all our new Transition in Place family members, we welcome you all into the program with open arms.
I’m sure you all have had a thorough and completed course of orientation. It is imperative that you all establish a good rapport and ensure you have a strong line of communication with your assigned case manager.
During this difficult time please remember to:
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer.
If you choose to wear gloves, change them as often as possible, as germs can be transferable from different surfaces.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
Clean and disinfect household surfaces daily and frequently throughout the day. High-touch surfaces include phones, remote controls, counters, tabletops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, toilets, and bedside tables.
Spray packages as they are received in the mail.
Check on your loved ones as often as you can.
You all are not in this alone, this is a difficult time for everyone. We are supporting and rooting for each other.
